EAT WITH US - Meet one of our traveling chefs Martina Tenz Italian born and a girl that knows how to turn food into art while delivering an abundance of decadent flavors that will excite all your senses!





She is an executive chef based in Italy. After 10 years of cheffing experience around Europe, she decided to go back to her country and cater to private clients globally. Her desire is to bring Michelin star quality food in the comfort and intimacy of your villa and or destination of your choice with a friendly but discreet service.


French Rack of Lamb Loin - cooked low temperature with mint, meaux mustard, piedmont hazelnuts , mint pea purée, honey kataifi pasta nest.



She is a master at her craft and not afraid of a challenge. While having a strong belief that every dish is a tranquil piece of art she has carefully mastered making sure every flavor hits your palate just right and with a divine elegance.
